A mummy makeover is an individually put-together combined procedure that treats the typical physical changes after pregnancy and breastfeeding in the breasts, tummy, legs and bottom. M.O.M., Moment of Me, is Innerform's concept for this in Berlin, developed by Dr. Mohammed AlShehab: tissue-sparing techniques, coordinated with each other and combined in a single session.
Pregnancy changes the body, hormonally and in the tissue. Often what remains is a less firm abdominal wall, loss of volume or changes in the shape of the breasts, excess skin or local fat deposits that do not go away even with exercise and a conscious diet. This is exactly where M.O.M. comes in, medically sound and with the aim that you feel at home in your body again.

Physical changes from pregnancy and breastfeeding are normal, and every mother knows them. Whether you want a procedure remains a personal decision. Not every change needs to be corrected. But if you feel permanently uncomfortable in your body after a pregnancy, an individually planned combined procedure can make sense. It is not a substitute for a healthy lifestyle or for training the pelvic floor and muscles.

Consultation and treatment plan
In a personal conversation we document the relevant areas, discuss your wishes and honestly clarify what makes sense medically and aesthetically, including the result, healing process, risks and aftercare. From this we draw up an individual treatment plan.
Treatment
The procedure follows the plan we agreed together and, depending on its extent, mostly takes place as an inpatient. Anaesthesia and all organisational steps are agreed in advance. Our specialists in plastic and aesthetic surgery are with you throughout the procedure.
Aftercare
For the first 24 hours the treating doctor is reachable by telephone, followed by close check-up appointments. What you should pay attention to depends on the procedures, for example a supportive bra after a breast augmentation. Mild swelling, bruising and pain in the first few days usually subside well.

For women after one or more pregnancies with lasting physical changes, where exercise and diet no longer change certain areas. The prerequisites are a weight that has been stable for some time and a completed family, because another pregnancy often changes the result again.
Procedures should wait until at least three months after breastfeeding has ended. Before that, it is worth supporting the body in a natural way, with exercise, targeted exercises and a nutrient-rich diet. We then discuss together which changes remain.
Depending on the procedures, the final result is often visible after about six months. It lasts in the long term as long as your weight remains stable and no further pregnancy follows. Depending on the treatment, we recommend 2 to 4 weeks of downtime and, if needed, suitable pain medication.
A combined procedure replaces neither exercise nor diet, nor the training of the pelvic floor and muscles after birth. It complements what the body no longer reduces on its own.
M.O.M. in Berlin: costs
The costs of M.O.M. are individual because two or more treatments are combined. As a guide: at Innerform, a breast augmentation with implants starts from €5,400 and a tummy tuck from €7,000. In combination, the total costs are often lower than for individual procedures, because the consultation and anaesthetic are only needed once. We will give you the binding price and possible financing options once it is clear which procedures will be carried out and with which method.
All prices consist of the medical service under the GOÄ (German medical fee schedule) plus material and incidental costs.
