A stylish start to your aesthetic journey
An appointment for an aesthetic consultation is often more than just an entry in the calendar. It is a moment in which you take time for yourself – for a wish that may have been on your mind for a long time but never spoken aloud. In our clinic, this journey begins discreetly and stylishly: from the first contact to the conversation in the quiet consultation room. Here we tell you what to expect – and what not.
1. Booking your appointment – the way that suits you
Whether by telephone, WhatsApp, e-mail, Instagram or online: at Innerform you can choose the route that feels best to you. After booking, you will receive a confirmation by SMS or e-mail – as well as a reminder the day before your appointment.
2. Your arrival – discreet and uncomplicated
Our clinic is located on a quiet, exclusive side street in Berlin. There is parking both on the street and in the underground car park with direct access to the clinic. From the moment you arrive, it is clear: this is a visit in a relaxed, high-quality atmosphere – without hurry, without a waiting-room feeling.
3. The conversation – open, honest, professional

The consultation takes place in a quiet room with a couch, daylight and plenty of time. If needed, an experienced medical assistant will accompany you. You speak with the doctor treating you – about your wishes, your motivations and the options. Without pressure, with empathy and expertise.
4. Photography & simulation
For certain treatments, e.g. in the body area, photos can be taken discreetly in our own photo studio – accompanied by a medical assistant. In the conversation, specific areas can then be discussed or simulated on screen – without you having to undress during the appointment.
5. What happens afterwards – individual & inclusive
For minimally invasive treatments (e.g. wrinkle treatments and fillers), treatment on the same day is often possible. For all other treatments, you receive your own patient folder with your individual cost plan and all other necessary information. All aftercare appointments are included. Touch-ups for wrinkle treatments and fillers are also included – at no extra charge, as long as they make sense. For questions afterwards, we are reachable almost around the clock.
6. Consultation as equals
At Innerform, it is not only the result that counts – but also the path to it. That is why we advise honestly, individually and with the aim of supporting you in the long term. If a procedure does not seem sensible to us, we will tell you so.
