An Appointment for an aesthetic consultation is often more than just a calendar entry. It is a moment in which you take time for yourself - for a wish that has perhaps been on your mind for a long time but has never been expressed. In our practice, this journey begins discreetly and stylishly: from the first contact to the conversation in the quiet consultation room. We'll tell you what you can expect - and what not - here.
1. making an appointment - the way that suits you
Whether by phone, WhatsApp, email, Instagram or online: With Innerform, you can choose the way that feels best for you. After booking, you will receive a confirmation by text message or email - as well as a reminder the day before the Appointment.
2. your arrival - discreet and uncomplicated
Our practice is located in a quiet, exclusive side street in Berlin. Parking is available both on the street and in the underground garage with direct access to the practice. As soon as you arrive, it is clear that your visit will begin here in a relaxed, high-quality atmosphere - without the hustle and bustle, without the waiting room feeling.
3. the conversation - open, honest, professional
The consultation takes place in a quiet room with a couch, natural light and sufficient time. If necessary, you will be accompanied by an experienced medical assistant. You talk to the doctor treating you - about your wishes, motives and options. Without pressure, with empathy and expertise.
4. image recording & simulation
For certain treatments, e.g. in the body area, discreet pictures can be taken in our own photo studio - accompanied by an MFA. Specific areas can then be discussed during the consultation or simulated on the screen - without you having to undress in the Appointment .
5. what happens afterwards - individual & inclusive
For minimally invasive procedures (e.g., wrinkle treatments and fillers), direct treatment is often possible. For all other treatments, you’ll receive your own patient folder containing your personalized cost estimate and all other necessary information. All follow-up appointments are included. Touch-ups for wrinkle treatments and fillers are also provided at no extra charge, as long as they’re medically necessary. We’re available almost around the clock to answer any questions you may have afterward.
6. advice at eye level
At Innerform, it's not just the result that counts - but also the way to get there. That's why we provide honest, individual advice with the aim of supporting you in the long term. If we don't think an intervention makes sense, we'll say so.
