1. Preparation

Day 2 of treatment
At the beginning, while the patient is seated, precise markings are made to indicate where the incisions should be made along the lash line, as the fatty tissue, muscles, and skin are in their natural, relaxed state in this position.
The lower eyelid lift itself is then performed while the patient is lying down, under general anesthesia or twilight sedation, and takes approximately 60–90 minutes.
